Inside your account you will answer a series of questions at your own pace and once you complete the questions you are able to generate and print your documents and your step-by-step filing procedures. These are the documents you sign and your spouse will sign 2 or 3 and then you will file them with the court. Once you file them with the clerk at the courthouse, they will be reviewed by a judge and the judge will sign your documents and that is what will finalize your divorce.
