THE PRIZE
One (1) prize of $1,000 will be randomly awarded to an entrant of that month in one (1) monthly drawing.
The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes Entry Period for each month will start on the 1st day of that month at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on the last day of that month at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Entry Closing Date"). There will be one (1) monthly sweepstakes period and one (1) monthly drawing relating thereto. Non-winning monthly entrants will not be carried over into subsequent monthly drawings. Paying customers are automatically entered into the monthly drawing via the Website for the month they began using the service.
ELIGIBILITY & HOW TO ENTER
You do not have to be a paying customer to enter the sweepstakes drawing. All customers who pay the fee of $299.00 (or two installments of $157.00) to use the service are automatically entered into the monthly drawing. If you do not wish to be a part of the drawing or want to be part of the drawing but are not a paying customer, you must notify Divorce Source, Inc., in writing at P.O. Box 1580, Allentown, PA 18105-1580.
To be eligible, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and at least the age of majority in your state at the time of entry (19 or older in AL and NE, 18 or older in all other states). You are not eligible if, during the Sweepstakes Period you are (or you live with) an employee, representative, or agent of the Sponsor or any of its affiliates, franchisees, licensees or Divorce Source Inc. or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing (parent, grandparent, child, sibling or spouse).
THE DRAWINGS
One (1) prize of one thousand dollars ($1,000) will be awarded for each one (1) monthly drawing period through a random drawing held at Divorce Source Inc. in Allentown, Pennsylvania on or about the 15th of the following month. Total prize value for each monthly prize drawing is $1,000. The prize will be awarded to the person whose entry is drawn. The selected entrants will be contacted by telephone, and must sign and return (within 14 days of receipt) an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. If the selected entrant does not comply with the Sweepstakes Rules or cannot be contacted by telephone within 7 days of the draw, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received. The prize will be sent to the winner within 4-6 weeks of verification. If prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and prize will not be awarded. All taxes on all prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per person or household.
ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of winning any monthly drawing depend on the number of eligible customers of that particular month.
OTHER RULES
By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Sweepstakes Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all customers.
The Sponsor shall not bear any liability for (a) entries which are lost, postage-due, stolen, illegible, incomplete (or otherwise improperly completed), delayed or destroyed (including, in the case of on-line entries, as a result of failure of the website or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet), (b) the loss, theft or misuse of the prize, or (c) any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this Sweepstakes or the prize (including, in the case of on-line entries, injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software) or resulting from downloading any material from the Sweepstakes website.
No correspondence will be entered into except with selected customers who qualify to win the prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any fraud, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an customer's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or down loading any material in the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes should a fraud, virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, at its discretion, Sponsor shall select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
Except as provided herein, the personal information you are providing to create your account will be used only to administer this Sweepstakes, and for no other reason.
