If you file your divorce paperwork with your court within one business day of your start date (the date you began using the service), you will receive a $50 cash rebate*. Since you can typically have your divorce papers prepared in less than one hour on our system, submitting them to the court within this time period is often achievable. You have the day you started plus the next full business day to fulfill the SameDayFiling™ Rebate requirement.
* Inside your account you will be able to download the rebate form. You must complete the rebate form and attach a copy of the Petition or Complaint that is time-stamped by the court clerk. All filings with your court are time stamped, so this will provide us with ample proof that your divorce was filed with in the one business day.
